Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate architectural and civil works on-site according to approved drawings and project specifications.• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedule requirements.• Oversee and inspect fit-out and finishing works, including gypsum, painting, flooring, cladding, partitions, blockwork, and waterproofing.• Review and interpret architectural and civil shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation.• Coordinate between design, , and finishing teams to ensure full work integration.• Inspect materials and workmanship to meet project standards.• Manage manpower, organize daily tasks, and monitor site progress.• Identify and resolve on-site technical challenges promptly.• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.Requirements:• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.• Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in fit-out and interior renovation projects.• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing materials, and structural coordination.• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and related international standards.• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.• Ability to handle site challenges and manage workforce efficiently.• Transferable Iqama preferred (for non-Saudis).
