Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the architectural BIM models using Revit for various projects.Develop, review, and ensure the accuracy of architectural drawings and models.Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM standards are maintained.Implement BIM protocols and standards in accordance with project requirements.Resolve coordination issues related to architectural BIM models.Perform clash detection and coordinate with and structural teams.Assist in creating BIM execution plans and workflows.Maintain version control and documentation of BIM models.Provide technical support and training to project teams on Revit and BIM practices.Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Coordinator.Proven expertise in Revit software and BIM workflows.Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.Experience working on projects in KSA is essential.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Immediate availability is preferred.
