Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Arabic Cook to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an Arabic Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Arabic dishes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to create a seamless dining experience for our customers.Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Arabic dishes, including mezzes, kebabs, stews, and desserts.
  2. Familiarize yourself with our menu and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the established standards.
  3. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following all food safety guidelines.
  4. Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available for daily operations.
  5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation.
  6. Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations.
  7. Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize food waste and maintain cost efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience working as an Arabic Cook or in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
  6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  9. Valid food handlers certificate.
