He/she will be responsible for:Aligning Applications and Solutions Department strategy with overall corporate strategyDefining the structure of the Applications team, and recruiting the required resourcesProviding leadership to the Department - managing performance, and creating training plansBudget planning and management for the DepartmentGathering business requirements for applications and technology solutionsProject planning and design, production and implementation of applications and solutionsWorking closely with IT Operations to create a digital infrastructure environment that will support efficiency and reliability of applicationsManaging vendors and service providersEstablishing policies, procedures, KPIs and SLAs for the DepartmentEnsuring Departments compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsProfileThe successful candidate will be/have:A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology8+ years of experience in Application/Solutions Development, of which 4+ years will be in a managerial or leadership capacityKnowledge of DevOps framework and methodologyExperience working in a cross-functional, collaborative organisationAbility to deal with various stakeholder groupsStrong demonstrable leadership capabilityAbility to provide innovative solutions that will improve overall Business OperationsSaudi/Bahraini nationalJob OfferAn attractive salary package is on offer for the successful candidate
