Job Description

Participates in the plant-level improvement process by gathering and analysing data, identifying trend for process improvement.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Implements operational excellence projects and initiatives as identified in the plan to meet tobjectives and goals set.2.Monitors company performance to identify/measure effectiveness of existing processes arecommends improvement initiatives.3.Tracks process improvement activities by implementing internal audit programs to improve incurrent processes.4.Partners with plant operational personnel to secure relevant data for identificationimprovement project definition.5.Validates improvement opportunities using appropriate tools and assists in the building theimprovement plans.6.Provides support to the SME in specialized areas, including product stewardship, MS, processsafety, risk mgmt., auditing, change.7.Applies knowledge of operational environment to initiate actions/remove barriers forimplementation of operational excellence.8.Ensures compliance to all relevant safety/quality/environmental managementprocedures/control, within a defined area of activity.Minimum Qualification:Bachelor?s degree related to business needs.Minimum Experience:Minimum 2 years of related fields & industryJob Specific Skills:ISO 9001 (Quality Management).Analysis and Problem SolvingQuality AuditingEffective CommunicationRisk ManagementManaging and Improving Business ProcessesData Gathering, Analysis & ReportingYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
