Job Description

Below RR is reponed and J.D has been revised, kindly submit Saudi CVs who have BC in Mechanical Engineering or Specialist Inspector in areas like vibration monitoring and assessment, etc.ÿApproved by international certifying organizations such as Vibration Institute, or equivalent.ÿVibration and Condition Monitoring Analyst JD :ÿCarryout condition monitoring in safe manner.

  • Analyze the vibration and condition monitoring trend and issue report corrective action.
ÿJob Key Accountabilities :ÿ
  • Implements scheduled/unscheduled inspection programs forÿMachinery equipment, updates equipment inspection history records, equipment survey data and executes schedules for inspection of Machinery equipment.
  • Carryout condition monitoring and periodic inspection surveys using inspection techniques like visual, vibration analysis, temperature measurements, lube oil sampling etc.
  • Participates in preparation for shutdown/turnaround inspection plans along with concern Rotating Equipment Engineer, carryout inspection activities and monitors the activities of contractor/vendor for compliance as per applicable code, company standards and procedures.
  • Provides field support services, by providing necessary data and recommendations by conducting measurement of temperature, vibration, displacement and QA/QC for plant Machinery Equipment during maintenance.
  • Prepares periodic and special reports of survey/troubleshooting activities.ÿWitness over speed trip test on steam turbines.
  • Reviews the vibration data and trends from periodic surveys.ÿFeedback to condition monitoring supervisor in case of abnormal trends/observation.
