CPP prepares highly selected Saudi high school graduates to be admitted to and succeed at top tier universities world wide.Primary function would be to Deliver and facilitate learning programs in classroom and field to ensure qualified workforce for respective Aramco business areas and functions. Provides instructional leadership and guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepares daily and weekly lesson plans and assignments, experiments, demonstrations,training aids, references or other materials to parallel and supplement classroom work.Prepares supplementary teaching materials and software.Teaches trainees appropriately using available teaching methods & materials. Maintainsdiscipline and guides trainees in conduct and study habits. Keeps updated withinformation technology to enhance communication & instruction.Diagnoses learning difficulties & plans remedial. Prepares test material, evaluatestrainees progress & submits reports. Prepares deficiency and disciplinary reports.Maintains trainee records. Coordinates quiz writing & supplementary teaching materialdevelopment for specific subject.progress; with administrators and other teachers regarding curricular revisions &innovations or pertinent administrative procedures. Participates in recommendingimprovements to the curriculum & its implementationProvides information & instructional assistance in specific areas of curriculum toteachers. Orients new teachers. Serves in program improvement committees. Participates inthe recertification process of teachers. Helps teachers incorporate supplementary materialinto the course contents.Conducts classroom observations to teachers and recommend improvements principal. Ensureimplementation & adherence to training policies and regulations. Cultivate professionalcompetencies by keeping teachers informed of modern teaching methodology & techniquesPerforms related miscellaneous duties and other training related duties assigned byPrincipalMinimum Requirements

• Bachelor?s Degree in the discipline to be taught or in a closely related field.
• Recent teaching experience (A minimum of 4 years teaching experience and should be familiar with and have taught courses in preparing students for pre-college or college study)
