Job Description

  • Provide L1,L2 tier technical support to all AD system related issues.
  • Good administrative knowledge of AD, ADLDS, LDAP, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2008, 2008r2, Windows Server 2012, 2012r2.
  • Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS.
  • Knowledge of Active Roles or similar AD Management Toolsets.
  • Extensive knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities, as well as with Domain Controllers (from an architecture, engineering, operational and support perspective).
  • Experience with supporting Active Directory subsystems (AD Connect/Federation Services/Certificate Services etc.).
  • Strong skills/competencies and knowledge of Group Policy Objects
  • A solid understanding of Identity Management systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory integration with Microsoft communications and productivity suites such as Exchange, Skype and SharePoint.
  • . Review, recommend and deploy Active Directory delegations, rights and access controls.
  • Solid understanding of Group Policy, Active Directory Delegations, AD DNS, and DHCP.
