About Barok Leaf :We’re a fast-moving fresh-food producer in Riyadh serving retailers and HORECA. We care about clean books, tight cash control, and on-time collections.Role :- Full-time, on-site. Saturday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Start date 1 October 2025. Probation 90 days.What you’ll handle:- Bookkeeping to trial balance, monthly close, management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)- Accounts Receivable: invoicing, SOA, aging, proactive collections, dispute follow-up- Accounts Payable: 3-way match, supplier reconciliations, weekly payment runs, efficient payment plans- Bank, petty cash, wallet reconciliations; daily cash position; cash-flow forecasting- Expense management: policy, approvals, documentation, audits- Inventory/COGS checks for fresh, cut, and RTE lines; basic costing support- VAT returns and ZATCA e-invoicing compliance; WHT where applicable- Payroll coordination with HR, WPS files, GOSI updates- Data collection from production, sales, logistics to keep numbers current- Audit prep: year-end files, schedules, liaison with external auditorsRequirements:- Accounting experience in KSA (FMCG/food/light manufacturing preferred)- Hands-on with Tally and strong Excel- Working knowledge of KSA VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, WPS, GOSI- Languages: English and Arabic, both proficient- Degree in Accounting/Finance; SOCPA/CPA is preferred- Transferable IqamaAll other employment terms will be set out in Barok Leaf’s employment contract.
