Job Description

Rezayat Trading Company Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager ? Sales to drive strategic growth across Rolling Stock and Railway Infrastructure sectors. This role is responsible for securing high-value contracts, expanding market presence, and managing key client accounts within the railway industry.The ideal candidate will oversee the full sales cycle, develop effective business strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Rolling Stock Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies for rolling stock solutions, including components, subsystems, and long-term service agreements.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with railway operators, leasing companies, and OEMs.Lead negotiations for complex technical and commercial contracts.Railway Infrastructure SalesDevelop and manage a strong sales pipeline for railway infrastructure projects, including track systems, signaling, and facility upgrades.Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and technical presentations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming tenders.Account Management & SalesManage key client accounts and ensure long-term relationship development.Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and contractors.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate costing, feasibility, and successful project delivery.
