Job Description

The Accommodation Director is responsible for overseeing the management of accommodation facilities, such as hotels or resorts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to guests. This involves managing staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing accommodation facilities
  • Manage and train staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as food and beverage and entertainment, to ensure that guests have a positive experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests and respond to their needs and concerns
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, including analyzing revenue and expenses and making recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
  • Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction and make improvements to service quality based on feedback
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
