He must be capable to handle & clear all Shelter & HVAC related faults at site within SLA.
He must have experience of Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (CM & PMR) of Sites.
He must have experience of Control panels, HVAC fault repairing, Fire panels, environmental Alarms and its troubleshooting.
He must have the ability to identify and resolve any technical issues in EM equipment. This includes troubleshooting for hardware, software or electronic problems.
He must have full knowledge about equipment?s such as DC System, MDBs, Main Supply, HVACs, BATBs, Generators outputs, ATS, and all its related things.
Must know and fully capable to follow EHS standards.
