ESSRSupervises: Internal:Direct and Delegation of Security Task to:Supervises: ExternalCompany: ALJ Motors? ? ? ? ? ?Department:?ESSRRole Purpose:?To Manage the entire Security Function and consult with the Director ESSR as well as the MD Assurance in order to formulate the Corporate Security Strategy which will ultimately lead to a safe environment to ALJ Motors and all its Stakeholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ?Key Accountabilities1. Responsible to develop, manage, implement coordinate security matters between the respective business disciplines throughout ALJ Motors by implementing the Corporate Security Strategy and Work Program.2. Responsible to Promulgate Security Policies and Procedures in line with the Kingdom Security Legislation.?3. Responsible for new and existing Security Projects to review and to ensure compliance with agreed standards of such systems (CCTV and others) at ALJ facilities.4. Responsible for the ALJ Motors Security budget and the effective management of the budget.?5. Conduct Security Risk Assessments at ALJM facilities, analyse regional security matters, further providing a centre of investigative expertise for matters of security and other breakdowns in internal controls.?6. Responsible to provide advice, support, guidance and training on Security Risk Management matters across ALJM?7. Evaluate all Private Security Guarding companies and ensure the best is appointed at ALJM.?8. Responsible to compile a Security Service Level Agreement with ALJTJ?Key Activities?1. Develop and align Security strategy with business strategy2. Maintain and enhance performance ethic3. Develop annual Security Risk reduction strategies across the organisation based on physical site inspections and Security Risk Assessment.4. Establish departmental & external operational targets and Key performance indicators (KPI?s) to achieve overall security risk reduction and improve operational efficiencies.5. Develop business procedures in line with Group Policy and internal Audit recommendations.6. Promote the physical Security Measures by keeping updated with newest technology.?7. Plan, prepare and monitor that all resources are effectively employed to provide optimum service levels to internal customers in the most cost-effective manner8. Reviews security activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining security objectives and reviews objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions?Key Performance Indicators (KPI)1.
