Department: ALJ Motors RiskLocation: Jeddah, KSA?????????????Role Purpose: Execute the daily requirements and activities of the department by ensuring the ongoing development, maintenance and optimization of the systems and tools utilized by ALJ Motors Risk and providing full support to other departments in enhancing and providing detailed reports presentations and data based on the BU?s requirements?SUBSTANTIAL OBLIGATIONSIPE Factor:Impact: Nature and scope of influence a position has on its area of responsibility/ operation.Key Activities: ? Generate weekly and monthly Reports for ALJ Motors Risk, BCM and as per request of other departments associated with BCM.? Attend BCM meetings and assist in the entry and follow up of data and information.? Review of Business impact analysis and other data held within the BCM application and update as and when necessary.To actively maintain all data held within the BCM software.IPE Factor:Communication: Position?s responsibility for communications both within and outside the organizationKey Activities: ? Verify the integrity of the data/ information such as Active Risk Manager and BCM software and create reports, presentations and any other material requested by Heads of Department.? Produce stakeholder reports based on data held within the BCM software or other applications.? Report all issues to the immediate supervisor if a problem occurs and make sure to address the issues promptly and correctly.IPE Factor:Innovation: Identify, develop and make ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.Key Activities:? Upload data to applications and monitor the data and number of uploaded samples to make sure these are kept properly for future references.? Running reports & Queries in maintaining and monitoring data to creating Business reports for use by the business units and the management.BUSINESS METRICS Financial KPI?s: BudgetNon ?
