JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a sales associate, you will support the day-to-day running of Abadia?s sale activityand all brand-related customer service, store management, and marketing. In thismultifaceted role, you will work as part of the team to strategically plan, develop, anddeliver Abadia sales and CRM activities.RESPONSIBILITIES?? Acknowledge and assist every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner? Answer questions, locate merchandise, recommend styles, and assist try-onsessions in the fitting rooms to ensure the entire customer experience ispleasant, engaging, and efficient.? Be knowledgeable and be able to speak to all current products that areutilized to positively impact revenue and benefit customers.? Have a comprehensive knowledge about the fits and materials of Abadiagarments.? Understand the store layout and be educated on product placement in thestore.? Answer the phone and WhatsApp inquiries and provide exemplary service toCustomers calling with questions.? Maintain store visual standards throughout business hours by ensuringproducts are displayed neatly in their designated location, in size and colororder, and that the Store is clean and free of dust and debris.? Assist with any additional projects assigned by Store Management.? Provide a friendly, accurate, and efficient transaction process for Customers.? Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the POS, and having the ability tohandle transactions in the event of a computer, internet, and/or Credit Cardterminal malfunction.
