Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in product sales, with a preference for experience in software products for the real estate industry.
  • Real Estate Know-How: Good knowledge of the real estate market and its key players in Saudi and the GCC (Gulf countries).
  • Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields is desired.

  • Product Presentation: Deliver detailed product demonstrations, emphasizing benefits relevant to real estate professionals.
  • Sales Goals: Regularly achieve and surpass set monthly and yearly sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Track and report on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential expansion areas.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with real estate professionals, ensuring their requirements are addressed and spotting upsell chances.
  • Feedback Collection: Consistently collect and communicate client feedback to enhance the product for real estate applications.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in workshops, seminars, and online sessions to remain updated on industry shifts and sales methodologies.
  • Reporting: Generate precise sales reports detailing performance metrics, sales projections, and insights.
