SummaryAddress and troubleshoots issues escalated by the Service Desk involving workflows, interfaces, and applications, with a focus on clinical, medical and biomedical applications of KFSH&RC. Helps ensure the optimal usage of applications to meet the changing needs of the business.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1.Supports troubleshooting L2 issues escalated by the Service Desk involving workflows, interfaces, and applications, with a focus on clinical, medical and biomedical applications.2.Communicates downtime and other issues to relevant stakeholders and report back to stakeholders upon resolution.3.Escalates unresolved issues to the relevant Applications & Health Informatics Department, as necessary (L3 support).4.Supports development of training material for users of business applications.5.Supports implementing standard and minor changes to certain applications for certain capabilities as indicated in the change classification matrix.6.Supports assisting end-users with packaged application report development.7.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.EducationMaster?s or Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Health Sciences, or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Master?s Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor?s Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)N/A
