eMagine are currently recruiting for a General Manager for a global logistics and freight companyOur ideal candidate will have significant operational management and leadership experience ideally within a fast-paced 3PL or healthcare or automotive logistics environment. You will be commercially astute, taking both a strategic and tactical view. You will have exceptional communication skills and will be able to interact and engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and possess strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.The role reports to the Managing Director and you will be tasked with handling the operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be handling major accounts. You should have experience of managing a budget (P&L), writing operational tenders, warehouse startups / relocations and design.From a people management side you will be managing direct reports with an overall reporting structure in the 100s.
