Job Description

As the CFO, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations and strategies of our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, primarily from the Financial, Banking, or Tamweel industries. Preference will be given to Saudi nationals; however, candidates from Jordan, Egypt, Pakistan, and other nationalities will also be considered.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the companys goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making and drive overall business growth.
