Job Description

Office Manager who continually maintains a positive attitude while interacting with demanding clients. Serves as the primary point of contract for both In-house and external phone and website queries Seeking a career to utilize, personal skills to gain a comprehensive understanding of a reputed organization so as to take responsibility and contribute significantly.Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage meetings and/or appointments agenda.
  • Organizes daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
  • Organize and prepares travel arrangements including but not limited to bookings, hotels, transportation.
  • Organize all financial and administrative arrangements and related agenda of the CEO while traveling.ÿ
  • Review correspondences and transactions delivered to CEO office ensuring their systematic validity.
  • Manages all communications system including but not limited to telephone calls, messages, emails, transactions etc.
  • Presents transactions and correspondences to CEO.
  • Coordinate factory visits and with different departments.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO?s office and internal departments and act as a liaison between the organization and other external parties as assigned by the CEO.
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
  • Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance.
  • Creates and develops automated archiving system for all administrative workflow and correspondences.
  • Attend executive meetings with CEO and provide minutes of meeting.
  • Follow up on tasks.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO (if requested.)
  • Develops & implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
  • Plan, Oversee and Control Budget
  • Reviews project reports and statistics to plan and modify Project activities.
