Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector, with a deep understanding of the market and industry trends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the FMCG industry.
  2. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  6. Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of the FMCG market, including consumer trends and competitor landscape.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  9. Willingness to travel as required.
  10. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
