Executive Assistant to Founder & CEOLocation: United Arab Emirates (Remote)Experience: 1+ Years (Fresher are also welcome)Mandatory: Native Arabic languageKey Roles and Responsibilities:Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEOStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a MandatoryComplete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation:including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reportsWork closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriatelyProvides a gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEOs time and officeAssists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action itemsMaintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertakenTo draft correspondence and other documentation to the CEO’s specificationWorking on a few project tracking.
