DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDAILY FUNCTIONS

Extracting daily Invoiced Repair orders from Kerrdige System.
Map Extracted file to obtain the following: VIN, labor amount, RO Open Date and KM details.
Modify the extracted data to be use in generating file as well as in reconciling
Extract Daily paid claims from the Dealer Connect system for CJDR (PDF File)
Reconcile extracted CJDR paid claims against Invoiced WIPs.
Manually reconcile Fiat invoiced RO against paid claims of Fiat Alfa Romeo and Ram 1200 Link Entry E-sigi system.
Check for short paid claims payments against invoiced WIP and follow up with regions the reason for short payment
Record the reason for short payment for audit purpose.
Daily updating of file for all submitted RO that was suspended either on RA or Rejected with its corresponding warranty officer SID, date of submission and reason for Rejection or RA.
Apply sublet charges for all radios supplied to RO for all the region

Weekly Functions

Extract Weekly CJDR Cycle Note Payment for updating of summary file and cross-checking with the daily paid claims reconciling.
Extract Weekly cycle paid claims for updating of summary file and cross-checking with the daily paid claims reconciling.
Generate Weekly report for invoiced WIP no claim submitted for follow up with the regional warranty team.

Monthly Functions

Generate monthly paid recall claims report for submission to management.
Generate monthly Invoice RO Report with corresponding reconciled paid claims.
Arrange for wire transfer payments for radio sublets to be wire transfer to United Radio.
