Preparation of Various levels of Project schedule & baseline schedule with detailed work deliverables for large projects using Primavera p6 & MS Project of Project Management Software.Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from Project Manager and team members.Work with the projects managers to develop, drive and implement project goals.Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for the projects. Track project accomplishments.Establish partnerships cross - functionally as necessary to ensure project success. Working closely with the store manager to lead staff. Attend project meetings and follow up with outstanding tasks. Review contract requirements and process invoices in a timely manner.
