Role and Responsibilities:

To conduct visits to sites to collect technical data.
To develop site visit input into systematic technical report.ÿ
Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists.ÿ
Provision of technical and commercial duties including liaison with suppliers and requesting for quotations during the preparation and completion of price schedules.ÿ
Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing and preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness.
To highlight potential risks areas, and proposes solutions.
To ensure that his work is undertaken in full compliance with the project requirements and well documented.
Conducts special studies to develop related cost data or effective cost reductions.
Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issuesÿ
