Job Description

Al Hadeel International Trading Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our FMCG Company. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and managing the financial well-being of our organization.Position: Finance ManagerPlace of Work: Jeddah, KSAExperience: Minimum 10 years (GCC experience preferred).Immediate Hiring ? Local Hiring or Company can provide Visa.Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis, evaluate financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key financial indicators and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze Financial statements monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Monitoring daily account transactions.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
2.˙˙˙˙Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze financial data and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Knowledge of Zakat, Income tax and VAT.
  • Accounts and finance finalization monthly, quarterly and yearly.
3.˙˙˙˙Cash Flow Management:
  • Manage cash flow, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of cash flows.
  • Optimize working capital and liquidity management.
  • Implement strategies to minimize financial risk and maximize return on investment.
4.˙˙˙˙Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Develop and oversee the budgeting process.
  • Control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend cost-cutting measures.
  • Monitor expenses and analyze variances against budgets.
5.˙˙˙˙Financial Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess financial risks, such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and operational risks.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and policies.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships to drive financial success and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • FMCG industry experience is highly desirable.
