? The Maintenance Engineer leads the way in the continuous improvement of all production machineries.? He provides the necessary electrical and mechanical multi-skilled expertise and support while ensuring smooth plant operation and maintaining the physical assets of the company under the direction of the Engineering Coordinator.? This role exists to perform the tasks of managing all activities of the facility including and related to preventive and break-down maintenance with problem solving ability and ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize maximum productivity and quality at its extent.? The role is expected to take pride in good quality workmanship and bring about engineering solution to provide a high quality product that meets and even exceeds the expectations of our customers.? Ensure production equipment operates efficiently by monitoring and performing planned and preventive maintenance on a schedule basis.? Ensure to follow Conditioned Based Maintenance (CBM).? Designing and implementing preventive maintenance system as per Computerized Maintenance Management System. Fault finding / problem solving of equipment and machine break down. Plans, executes and implement all engineering projects? Degree in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical? Should have Minimum 8-10 years? experience in maintenance of IMA or similar Packaging Machines and with 4-5 years of experience in FMCG. Should have experience in High Speed FMCG/Automobile Assembly/Electronics industry in Production/Packaging plant.
