What you will do:-Description of Accountability:

• Helps to maintain a clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness
• Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management
• Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule
• Is flexible and works well with peers and management to accomplish duties
• Follows M&S Policies and Procedures 100%
• Performs housekeeping duties as required
• Assists customers if required by creating a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code
• Helps to organise the stock and supports organises the delivery product in the floor

Required Skills to be successful:-The Sales Assistant should have a friendly and engaging personality and be comfortable with working with members of the general public. They should be confident, helpful and polite and be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and be required to life stock. fashion, etc. What equips you for the role:

• High School or Bachelor Degree
• 3-5 years experience in similar field (Fashion Retail)
• Good communication skills
• Technical knowledge on products
• Heavy Lifting
• Ability to stand for long hours

• Problem solving
• Attention to detail
