SummaryYou will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel operations and the implementation of Hyatts Purpose, Values, and goals throughout the hotel, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The director of Operations is responsible to support the General Manager in successfully operating & managing the hotel in line with the brand standards, maintaining owner relationships, and Hyatts corporate and functional strategies. QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience as Director of F&B, Director of Rooms, or Assistant Director of F&B in a larger property. Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
