The opportunityProject: We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Project Coordinator to join our established and growing team in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, monitoring, and managing all project handover requirements.
• Assisting in the development of the project delivery strategy.
• Liaising with clients/subcontractors/consultants to ensure that project documentation is delivered smoothly and progressively throughout the project.
• Provide expertise and training on aviation document management systems.
• Monitoring handover deliverables and a construction programme to ensure the information is delivered to the client on time to meet the requirements.
• Managing and assisting subcontractors in the process of asset integration and asset labeling on-site.
• Reviewing suppliers handover information.
• Providing regular updates to the project manager and the commercial team on handover progress.
• Managing document controllers performance.
• Ensuring all assets are correctly identified on asbuilt drawings.
• Reviewing suppliers handover information.
• Providing regular updates to the project manager and the commercial team on handover progress.
• Creating and managing handover schedules and registers.
• Managing and advising on the delivery and processes of all project handover requirements to obtain the final sign-off.
