& SummaryThe job entails leading and streamlining the operations in Qatar which includes R&Q, finance, HC, Office Management, Marketing, IT and People agenda.The position requires collaborating/ working with the local teams in Qatar and regional teams to achieve the below :- Ensuring certification/ licenses renewal on time.- Ensuring compliance with AML/ regulatory requirements/ reporting.- Working on the People agenda to support Pulse/ GPS score. This includes office events, CSP calls, wellbeing initiatives,....- Further digitizing office/staff initiatives.- Supporting CSP on Partners meetings.- Supporting Partners with monitoring financial KPIs xLoS.- Oversee office related matters.- Working with the Em Tech local and regional teams and the Qatar IT Consulting teams to amplify Em Tech Lab and the DAC in Qatar.- Reviewing and approving all external vendors contracts/ agreements.- Preparing/ reviewing slide decks for leadership presentations.- Ensuring the Qatar Ops Dashboard is updated weekly on all aspects and trying to further improve/ enhance.Education Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa SponsorshipGovernment Clearance Required
