The opportunityWe are currently looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager to build our existing trading risk practice (commodities and equity), engage with clients and bringing benefit from our insights, creativity, and energy. Our clientele includes global trading houses, financial trading and broking companies and trading division of large conglomerates. Together with local leadership, global market specialists you will help build a regional pipeline, pursue opportunities, and deliver high quality engagements. Key responsibilitiesAs a Manager/ Senior Manager youll participate in and manage client engagements, contributing to both financial and non- financial service sectors. Youll collaboratewith the partner, director, and client to determine a Forensic strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables, while ensuring Forensic engagement teams understand the clients needs and expectations and that the work product is client-focused, clear, accurate and well-presented. Timely delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks is essential, as is workingwith other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery. Youll monitor performance of the team against budget as well as identify and communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client. Sales of new forensic work will also be paramount in this role. Skills and attributes for successPro- activity, accountability, and results- driven people will flourish in this environment. This will have a huge impact on those around you and help promote a positive work ethic. To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelors degree and approximately Seven to Ten plus years of related work experience in the commodities market.
  • An undergraduate or masters degree in accounting & Finance and/or another appropriate academic major
  • Should be aware of Market Abuse Risk Assessment, Surveillance System Implementation and Surveillance System Alert review
  • Sound experience of reporting commodity and other asset classes for regulations such as EMIR, DF, MAS, and REMIT, FCA, CFTC, CEA, Dodd Frank, etc.
  • Should be able to manage operational risk while monitoring daily trading activity to meet companys obligation especially during any Collateral management.
  • Should be aware of different compliance reporting tools and multiple technology platforms such as MAST, Axiom to ensure the smooth delivery of any system implementation.
  • Should have expertise of managing reconciliation processes such as position and cash to ensure timely trade entries for different derivatives, ETD and OTC trades.
  • Should comprehend knowledge and experience in Oil, Products, LG, FX, Equities etc.
  • Strong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management ability
  • Understanding of a clients industry and marketplace
  • Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employees
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
  • MS Office applications
