Key Accountabilities• Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms.• Responding to comments/messages of Job Advertisements.• Organizing CVs according to the required designation.• Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in-person & on-site.• Assisting HRBP with post-hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates.• Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.Desired Skills & ExperienceRequirementsEducational Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferredExperience- Should have basic knowledge of HR processes and proceduresBehavioral Competencies- Excellence in communication skills- Greater level of interpersonal skills- Comprehensive organizational abilities- Profound Attitude and well mannered- Superior Professionalism- Great Listening Skills
