• The primary focus of the role will be to carry out installation of split air-conditioners, maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting in the case of faulty performance and professional repair service with minimum inconvenience to customer, which has the impact of generating customer loyalty, enhancing brand image and culminates in increased customer retention while at the same time generates revenue and gross margin for the Service Department.

What you will do:

• Handle field service team for efficient after sales service for the products required.
• Responsible for the smooth operations of the field service team.
• Ensure the right quality and quantity standards are maintained at all times.
• Complete the job within the set time frame and per instructions of Service Manager.
• Maintain all the tools and equipment.
• Ensure the workplace at site is kept neat and tidy.
• Carry out special assignments as and when called upon by the Service Manager/Sales Manager.
• Provide customer satisfaction with quality work at a high efficiency level.
• List out spare parts which are required for repairs at site.
• Maintain the inventory properly and account for all the parts and materials consumed.
• Conduct site inspection for estimation of materials required.

Required Skills to be successful: 1.- Technical and diagnostic skills. 2.- Knowledge of installation of split air-conditioners, maintenance and troubleshooting. 3.- Knowledge of managing tools and equipment. 4.- Communication skills. About the Team:

• Reporting to the Service Manager and will work closely with the Technical team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

• ITI or Diploma in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
• 3 years experience as Home Appliance Technician
• Technical and diagnostic skills
• Good communication skills
