SummaryAs a Guest Relation Executive at Park Hyatt Doha, you will have to be committed in creating memorable opportunities for our guests and bring in new experiences. As a Guest Relations Executive, you have to be responsible and accountable to ensure the delivery of the Guest Signature and a Personal Luxury experience that awaits them. You have to be bold and innovative in every way and must ensure to provide comprehensive facilities to all our guest along with an opportunity to build emotional connections. Gathering all preferences of the guest prior to arrival through personal or digital outreach until we bid a sincere goodbye. You will have to efficiently balance all your tasks to assist the Front Office and F&B Teams keeping in mind the guest previous experiences at Hyatt hotels. You will support the Front Office team members with daily activities to ensure that Front Office division works as a business partner to all the hotel departments. QualificationsIdeally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Fluency in Arabic and in English is a must.
