As Bell Attendant you will be providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure. You will be welcoming guests upon arrival to the hotel and creating the first impression. One of your main responsibilities will be to assist all guests with their luggage, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security and procedures are followed, as well as to transport guests luggage to their room in an efficient manner. This role requires physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
