Job Description

An exciting role who will be responsible for leading SEA to ensure that the organizations financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines.Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory costing of assigned entities.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable activities of the company.
  • Preparation of company budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare and manage the timely generation and submission of monthly financial reporting for the approval of the CFO and Plant & Distribution Management as well as the timely submission thereof to HQ for consolidation.
  • Develop financial plans using business and CAPEX valuation tool, for strategic investments/divestments for Group Management and board approval.
  • Ensure the sustainability of Accounting policies in the companys reporting system by implementing new accounting standard releases into the ERP systems as well as frequent reviews of Financial accounts in a regular manner.
  • Analyze overall financial results and determines underlying reasons for any deviation, which will be raised to functional heads for appropriate action through companys variance analysis methods.
  • Manage external and internal audits.
  • Responsible for the preparation and filing of all statutory tax and accounting reports per local statutory requirements.
  • Communicate analysis, findings, and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to internal customers
  • Other Projects/ Ad-hoc activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or its equivalent, CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience similar capacity in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communications abilities.
  • Solid understanding of finance, accounting, information systems and related disciplines
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • High proficiency is MS office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power point, BI, Access)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good listener with a fast understanding of stakeholders needs
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and staff at all levels required
  • Ability to handle a high amount of stress related to the business environment;
