Being part of this vibrant team, you can produce world class successful commercial chips supported by efficient software stacks.We are looking for Staff / Senior RISC-V SoC Field Application Engineer Job Scope:

  • Cooperate with sales team to lead customer to complete design-in
  • Lead the design-in project to achieve mass production
  • Deeply understand customers, discover and explore potential opportunities, confirm customer needs, propose feasible product solutions, and promote the collaboration;
  • Follow up on customers technical request, improve customer satisfaction, timely return user feedback & issues to Research and Development department, collaborate with these departments to resolve customers technical issues
  • Help customers to quickly complete product development, including Bootloader, Kernel, Driver, SDK and application; Guide customers on product board SCH, PCB LAYOUT, devices etc.
  • Drive for market information gathering, product research, and output reports
  • Drive for the promotion of IC solutions and sales target completion, including exhibition and forum presentations
  • Write and review technical data and product documents.
What are we looking for
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic information related
  • More than 3 years working experience in consumer electronics, industrial control system development or technical support
  • Familiar with embedded ARM or RISC-V platform is preferred, experience in software and hardware development on application processor is preferred
  • Experience in pre-sales technical support in SOC chip factory or solution company is preferred
  • Familiar with Linux system, experience in development of Linux/ Android driver and/or Uboot, is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness
  • Familiar with various industrial solution, specification and conformance.
