MARITIME/SHIPBUILDING INDUSTRYLocation CountrySaudi ArabiaCitySAUDI ARABIAExperience5 - 10 yrs exp. in Ship Lift Operations within the shipbuilding industry. Computer proficient with strong leadership & management skillsJob DescriptionPresides over daily operations leading the implementation of safety & efficiency planning, & continuous improvement strategy.Reviews drawings & specns. for determining cradle arrangements for the support of vessels & directing their installation & positioning.Overall control of ship lift procedure ensuring vessel correct positioning during operations.Support the Production & Project Managers with planning for maximizing utilization & performance of ship lift facilities & associated resources.Ensure ship lift facilities & associated equipment are maintained in accordance with company policy & comply with government regulatory reqmts.Control allocated operational budget & assist with the develpmt of budgetary/CAPEX forecasts.Support the HR Dept. with effective recruitment & selection of personnel.Lead the develpmt & continuous review of operating procedures for ship lift operations.Work closely with HSE to engr out potential hazards, to provide a safe working environment, for all employees.Work closely with Harbour Services (Pilots, Tugs etc) planning movements, dry-docking & berthing operations.Interview DetailsCV SELECTION/SKYPE/TELEPHONICQualificationPreference Degree/Diploma or Trade QualificationSalaryNEGOTIABLEOther BenefitsPLEASE APPLY TO darshana@conticontract.com & not directly on website.Contract term2 yrs renewableApply to Email ID:darshana@conticontract.com
