Primary function:- We are looking for someone who directs day-to-day maintenance operations for one construction materials plant site plus several smaller plant areas.Location: Saudi ArabiaKey duties:- Responsibility for effective maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs, equipment safety programs, and equipment/machinery utilization;- Acting as technical advisor on all production equipment issues, may assist management team with budget and purchasing decisions;- Recommendation of improvement in maintenance processes and techniques in order to promote more efficient operations;- Scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to minimize disruption of workplace;- Review and monitoring work orders to ensure timely performance and quality of work;- Maintenance of spare parts and purchase management of materials and supplies for maintenance services;- System check on plant systems and equipment;- Approval of personnel actions, promoting harmonious labor-management relationship.
