Job Description

Job Descriptions :; Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in construction documents. To work on any / all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design development, shop drawing preparation, As built drawings and other construction documents.; As a Team Lead to lead group of AutoCAD operators and Junior Architects; Reports to Design Manager on tasks and deliverables and work directly under him to ensure the facilitation of project s completion on-time, on/under budget, meeting local and international quality standards.; Should have sound experience and knowledge of other functional disciplines in addressing and resolving construction issues and conflicts(MEP & ICT); Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables and milestones.; Should possess in depth knowledge of building materials and finishes widely used in construction industry in gulf region.; Should be capable of managing design team and draftsman for project deliverables (shop drawings) within schedule with proper productivity and accountability; Communicate with the Design Manager regularly, alerting them of possible problems or conflicts with project specification, drawings, vendor delays etc.; Should be capable to incorporate finishing materials, their required applications and their installation requirement into the drawings and plans.10. Should be well aware of applicable building codes & operational needs of products being designed and specified.11. Capable of applying of the major manufacturers and their products, fabrication techniques, finish requirements in to the design and shop drawing preparations in line with project specifications.12. Capable of reviewing shop drawings and samples to ensure drawings and finishes match project specifications.13. Coordination with other Engineering departments and with the Client and Consultant.Qualifications :Bachelor of Engineering degree in Arhcitectural discipline.Experience :Min. 10 Years.Job Conditions :1- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, 2D, 3D and other design applications.2- Fluent in English both oral and written.3- Self-disciplined, pro-active, systematical and hard-working without much of monitoring.4- Preferably having airport, hospital, mall, 5-Star hotels or large infrastructure construction experience.5- Preferable having working knowledge and experience in middle-east.Apply Now
