Job Description

Position Snapshot: Title: Sales Support Executive Location: Muscat, Oman Full-time Position Summary:Supporting Sales function through preparation & providing required Sales data along with Analysis & suggestion A day in the life

  • Support the preparation of monthly sales target by salesman & calculation of sales force incentive.
  • Planning /Excuting TTS on CRM
  • TTS forecasting / reporting & analysis
  • Maintenance of Sales forecast tools to support MBPC /MIP & Ladder sheet
  • Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
  • Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings. (i.e. MFRs, QBRs)
  • ICP Situation Analysis & Osta Preperation
  • Customer data maitanance in coordination with F&C /Channel Manager & NBS
What will make you successful:
  • University degree
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Background in finance is preferred but not mandatory
  • Good communication skills (English & Arabic)
