Job Description

The opportunityWe are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking front of house operative to join our established and growing team in Oman. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting FOH Manager in all administrative duties.
  • Managing and tracking all mandatory staff training.
  • Producing minutes of meeting and be the focal point for all follow up for FOH related issues.
  • Developing staff training programs.
  • Reporting writing.
  • Liaising with NMO conservation team.
  • Improving the existing processes, systems, and services.
  • Acting as the operational interface between the clients and Mace and building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ensuring outstanding service delivery and exceeding all Mace targets.
  • Preparing monthly reports for FOH.
  • Following Mace process, procedure, and guidelines as and when instructed.
About youYou have minimum high school diploma and/or higher degree. You are a team player with strong customer service skills and organizational skills. You are proficient in MS office suite. You are fluent in English and two other languages as well as both verbal and written expressions. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer. #LI-Onsite
