Achieve creative, effective and cost-efficient design solutions throughout the design process that align with Operators brand standards.
Build & maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with a diverse team, both internal and external.
Liaise with and assist in managing Hotel Operator?s Technical Design Team.
Review shop drawings, bespoke items, sample rooms, finishes, etc. considering constructability, positive guest impact, operational value and short-term and long-term costs.
Ensure work is clearly authorized and properprocedures are followed.
Provide written project updates to upper management as required.
Prepare and implement an interior design review checklist.
Implement the coordination of interior design drawings with all other disciplines.
Responsible for the site supervision of architectural works.
Monitor the architectural finishing, should have viral knowledge of materials.
Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements.
Report on a daily basis to the project manager on all activities occurred on projects.
Other duties might be assigned.
