Job Description

Requirement:

  1. Supervision of Constructionand Finishing Work.
  2. Preparing Schedule of Material required.
  3. Super vision forgetting out, leveling and surveying the site.
  4. Preparing Work Chart Schedule
  5. Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, & Column Before Concreting
  6. Checking and inspections for finishing works.
  7. Preparing cost estimates.
  8. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  9. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  10. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  11. Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  12. ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
  13. overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
  14. agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions.
  15. day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  16. preparing reports as required.
  17. Ensure works are carried out as per drawings and specification.
Qualification:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil, architecture engineering.
  2. experience with +5 years.
  3. Experience in a similar role.
  4. Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, Finishing work.
  5. Great written and verbal communication skills.
  6. A willingness to learn.
  7. Project management and supervision skills
