Necessary being highly technical and hands-on capable, he/she will lead development projects across mostly Microsoft .Net and SQL Server based technologies.Managing the successful delivery of projects will require him/her to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. His/her technical background and experience will ensure he/she can offer the support and guidance required being able to support and assist developers at code level as well as the analyst developer.It?s important for us, that candidate has a proven management background and technical capabilities with experience in the leadership of software development teams and delivery of projects.ResponsibilitiesIn charge of making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting. Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning.Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers/analyst developer.Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.Managing from design to release and be capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution on design and code level.Working closely and reporting to our Italian Development Team Leader and collaborating with the Italian Dev team.
