? Gather and study business requirements related to HCM/SF modules/processes and provide solutions within SAP SF, PA/OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS or other HCM/SF components
?˙ Support and assistance for client/payroll specialist team
?˙˙Lead, design, develop and implement complex new database and software applications and maintains existing database and software applications
?˙˙˙Master Data and Organization Management, Benefits administration of multi plan environments, Time Management and Payroll, Travel expense management through payroll and AP, Personnel Development, Education, Training and Learning Management, Personnel Planning, ESS/MSS with related workflows
?˙ Perform complex analysis and design for SAP HCM/SF
?˙˙˙Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose problems with existing SAP HCM/SF programs or initiate designs of new SAP applications independently, conferring with user groups to define business needs and potential solutions based on information technology
?˙˙˙Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting involvement on design, functionality, and testing
?˙˙˙Prepare data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodology
?˙˙˙Code and test SAP HCM/SF Applications
?˙˙˙Research and recommend available SAP HCM/SF solutions to address requirements and maintains existing configurations
?˙˙˙Build and support new SAP HCM/SF implementations as required
