Job Description

  1. helps in managing and preparing all landscape designs from concept to construction (till shop drawings is preferred)
  2. visualize and present landscape concepts
  3. ensure designs according to codes is approved by governmental parties
  4. developing hardscape , soft-soaped, site furniture concepts.
  5. ensures that all work performed is of a suitable and acceptable quality
  6. helps in assisting the site when problems arise in the landscape packages
  7. ensures that watering , agriculture and irrigation systems are compatible with the soft-soaped design.
  8. assist in quantity surveying
  9. assist in choosing materials that complements the hardscape concepts as well as proposing different materials for value engineering purposes.
