Job Description

  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Use comprehensive product knowledge to guide and advise customers looking to furnish an entire room or add an accent piece.
  • Promote internal services to our customers to elevate their shopping experience and increase sales margins.
  • Focus on increasing sales by maintaining a strong, visible, positive presence on the sales floor.
  • Guide and advise customers on furniture pieces by considering their tastes and interior spaces.
  • Submit work orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Follow-up on placed orders with factory until delivered to the client.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
