Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
Taking part in the selection process of subcontractors and suppliers for projects. Reviewing subcontractors invoices.
Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
Review outsourced Engineering offices drawings and coordinate their approval process.
Resolve/report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction.
Coordinate and develop detailed project schedule together with engineers, vendors and construction contractors.
Communicate projects progress and problems/risks/concerns to senior management.
Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
